Scoolingly is a school-communication platform that connects parents, teachers and school administrators. It brings announcements, homework, attendance, events and messaging into one trusted app — replacing paper notes and scattered group chats.
Three groups: school administrators who set up and run communication, teachers who post homework and reach families, and parents who follow their child's school day. Each has an experience built for them.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is strictly role-based, and the platform is built GDPR-aligned with clear consent and data-minimisation principles. Children's information is treated with the highest level of care.
A school administrator registers on the Teacher console, sets up classes, and receives a unique school code. Parents enter that code in the app to link to their children. Most schools are running the same week.
There is a free tier for small schools and for all parents. Larger schools can upgrade for more capacity and features. We keep pricing fair and transparent — no surprises.
Scoolingly is available in English, French and Kiswahili, with more on the way. You can switch language at any time from the top of the site or inside the app.
